見た目ペラペラなズッキーニのカルパッチョと不透明度ゼロの豚のラード。生のズッキーニなのに甘くて、酸味のきいたさっぱりとした味付けで箸は止まらず。（自作してやる！）一方でラードはさしでがましい程に自己主張が強くて、あまり箸がすすみませんでした。
Very thin slices of courgette carpaccio and opaque pork lard. Raw courgette is surprisingly tasty with zesty dressing and fragrant olive oil, so I could not stop eating it. On the other hand, greasy lard is assertive and I stayed a bit away from it.
